StayTuned Receives $34 Million to Build ‘Salesforce suite for e-commerce’

StayTuned Digital is a software company building e-commerce branding tools that help online businesses grow exponentially. The company creates and acquires proven Shopify apps that drive sales or deliver a tangible experience, which accelerates the brand’s sustainable development. The company focuses on Shopify merchants and currently works with more than 29,000 customers.

The latest investment includes $9 million in equity and $25 million in debt, with the option of taking up to $25 million more. Tacora Capital took part in the funding round. To date, the company has secured $46.5 million in a combination of equity and debt. The funding is intended to be used to continue developing a software suite for e-commerce brands.

StayTuned, New York, United States, was founded in 2019 by Randy Jimenez (previously CTO at SinglePlatform) and Serge Kassardjian (previously the global head of media app business development for Google Play). The company’s team is a bunch of experienced folks from seven countries across the world, all of them have previously built, scaled, and sold e-commerce companies and understand what it takes to create multi-million dollar brands.
