Spring Health Raises $71 Million at $2.5 Billion Valuation

Spring Health is a B2B behavioral health organization that leverages technology to offer personalized mental health care services to individuals and organizations. The company offers access to licensed and experienced mental health care professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, based on the user’s needs. Spring Health‘s clinical assessment is designed to identify an individual’s unique mental health needs. This includes an analysis of the user’s mental health history, symptoms, and life experiences to personalize the care plan.

Spring Health has raised $71 million in a new funding round, which has brought the company’s valuation to $2.5 billion. In total, the company has raised more than $370 million in venture funding till that moment.

Spring Health, New York, United States, was founded in 2016 by Abhishek Chandra, April Koh, and Adam Chekroud. In September 2021, the company joined the unicorn club. “Our investors were so excited by the growth and success of our company that they were eager to ‘double down’ by increasing their ownership in what they describe as one of the most successful portfolio companies they have ever invested in,” Spring Health wrote in a blog post.
