Figure AI Raises Over $1 Billion at a $39 Billion Valuation

Figure AI is an AI robotics company focused on addressing global labor shortages with its general-purpose humanoid robots. The company’s flagship product, Figure 01, is an autonomous robot designed to perform a wide range of tasks in real-world environments. Its long-term vision is to make labor optional by taking on dull, dirty, and dangerous tasks in commercial and domestic settings.

Figure AI has raised over $1 billion in committed capital through its Series C funding round, at a post-money valuation of $39 billion. The round was led by Parkway Venture Capital, with significant investments from Brookfield Asset Management, NVIDIA, Macquarie Capital, Intel Capital, Align Ventures, Tamarack Global, LG Technology Ventures, Salesforce, T-Mobile Ventures, and Qualcomm Ventures.

Figure AI, headquartered in Sunnyvale, California, United States, was founded in 2022 by Brett Adcock. In 2024, the company joined the unicorn club.“This milestone is critical to unlocking the next stage of growth for humanoid robots, scaling out our AI platform Helix and BotQ manufacturing,” said Brett Adcock, Founder and CEO of Figure AI. “Support from new partners, alongside the continued backing of our existing investors, reflects both Figure’s position as the market leader and a shared belief in a future where this technology becomes a natural part of daily life.”
