Enfabrica Raises $125 Million

Enfabrica Corp. is a networking infrastructure startup that specializes in developing cutting-edge AI algorithms and systems that optimize networking infrastructure for businesses of all sizes. By using the vast potential of AI, Enfabrica Corp addresses the challenges of network scalability, reliability, and security, allowing organizations to achieve seamless connectivity and unparalleled performance.

Enfabrica has raised $125 million in a Series B round.  The new round was led by Atreides Management and saw participation from existing investor Sutter Hill Ventures. Moreover, new backers including IAG Capital Partners, Liberty Global Ventures, Nvidia Corp., Valor Equity Partners, and Alumni Ventures took part in the round. Enfabrica intends to use the fresh funding to build out its highly efficient server fabric chip technology.

Enfabrica, Mountain View, California, United States, was founded back in 2020 by its Chief Executive Officer Rochan Sankar and Chief Development Officer Shrijeet Mukherjee. “The fundamental challenge with today’s AI boom is the scaling of infrastructure… Much of the scaling problem lies in the I/O subsystems, memory movement and networking attached to GPU compute, where Enfabrica’s ACF solution shines,” CEO and co-founder Rochan Sankar noted.
