Hybe Co., Ltd. is a South Korean multinational entertainment company. The company operates as a record label, talent agency, music production company, event management and concert production company, and music publishing house. It has multiple subsidiaries, including Big Hit Music, Source Music, Pledis Entertainment, Belift Lab, KOZ Entertainment, and ADOR, collectively known as Hybe Labels.
HYBE is reported to be seeking to finance about $380 million to bring more US and foreign labels on board as part of its global push. The Korean company is said to be flexible with both strategic and financial investors but the final funding size and timing of the deal could change.

Bang Si-hyuk is known for his hands-on approach to working with artists, and he has been instrumental in shaping the careers of some of K-pop’s biggest stars. HYBE’s success can be attributed to its unique business model, which prioritizes artist development and creative freedom. HYBE has launched several other successful groups including BTS, TXT, and ENHYPEN.
