Rippling is an employee management company providing cloud-based employee management solutions. The platform that brings all of your employee data – not just pieces of it – into one unified record. Rippling stores all data and business context – from org structure to third-party app data – so users can trigger actions off of any attribute, like an employee’s role, PTO balance, device OS, or spend limit.
HR startup Rippling has raised $500M in a new Series E round led by technology investor Greenoaks. The round values the company at $11.25 billion, the same as the company’s Series D financing in May 2022.
Rippling, San Francisco, California, United States, was founded in 2016 by Parker Conrad. Since then the company has recruited leaders who helped grow companies like Apple, Amazon, and Salesforce. Rippling has over $100 million in annual recurring revenue, which grows at over 100% annually, serving over 400,000 users across industries from retail to healthcare. “This capital is going to further insulate us from whatever might happen in macro economy over the next year, and allows us to keep investing to keep building great products for our clients,” said Parker Conrad, Rippling co-founder & CEO.
