Oxbotica Raises $140 Million in Series C Investment Round

Oxbotica is a global leader in autonomous vehicle software for businesses. The company builds software for real-world application, basing on principles of physics, robotics, maths, AI and a dedicated team to perfect our technology. The company’s autonomous vehicle software is deployed across multiple sectors, bringing the benefits of autonomy to businesses globally.

The investment round includes new investors such as Aioi Nissay Dowa Insurance Co., Ltd and ENEOS Innovation Partners. Oxbotica intends to use the fresh funding to accelerate the deployment of its ground-breaking autonomy operating system in domains where there is both urgent need and potential to scale, such as agriculture, airports, energy, goods delivery, mining and shared passenger transportation.

Oxbotica, Oxford, England, was founded by Paul Newman and Ingmar Posner, Oxford professors, in 2014.
