Maven Clinic Raises $90 Million at a $1.35 Billion Valuation

Maven Clinic is a digital clinic that offers services for women’s and family health. This digital health platform helps mothers and families during conception, pregnancy, and postpartum. It provides clients with video consultants, and private messaging with its health practitioner network. Also, there is a family health benefits platform.

The funding round Series E was led by General Catalyst. CVS Health Ventures, La Famiglia, and Intermountain Ventures also participated in the round. Among other investors were already existing Sequoia, Oak HC/FT, Icon Ventures, Dragoneer Investment Group, and Lux Capital. The investments will be used for platform personalization, resource localization enhancement, and depth of support increase.

Maven Clinic, New York, USA, was founded by Katherine Ryder and Suzie Grange in 2014. Since its foundation, Maven became the leader in the category, as it is a unique healthcare platform that provides support within the whole family journey from fertility and family building to maternity, parenting, and end to menopause.
