Bilt Rewards Raises $150 Million at a $1.5 Billion Valuation

Bilt Rewards is a company that offers a rewards program and credit card that converts rent into reward points. The company’s platform allows its client renters to earn miles and points, as well as to simultaneously increase their credit scores while paying rent. Bilt Rewards operates a loyalty program and credit card, the Bilt Mastercard. Besides, the company has Bilt Homes service.

The funding round was led by Left Lane Capital. Among other participants are Smash Capital, Wells Fargo, Greystar, Invitation Homes, Camber Creek, Fifth Wall, and Prosus Ventures. “Bilt is quickly weaving itself into the fabric of the everyday consumer and has the potential to become a household brand that covers the entire homeownership journey,” Harley Miller, CEO and Managing Partner, Left Lane Capital.

Bilt Rewards, New York, USA, was founded by Ankur Jain in 2021. Its Bilt Rewards program lets consumers, paying no fees, earn points on their rent payments. Bilt Home is a new home-buying service with a membership monthly payment that shows users homes they can own for an equal monthly mortgage payment. As of now, the startup is signing up renters in over 2 million units within the network. This network includes properties managed by Cushman & Wakefield, Rudin Management Co., LeFrak, etc.
