Webflow Raises $120 Million at $4 Billion Valuation

Webflow is a no-code visual development platform for the CMS market and professional website. It is also a hosting provider for building product prototypes and websites. The platform offers ways of designing, building, and launching websites visually without coding. It is the only service that enables designers to create websites for every device and push it into production without a developer.

The Series C funding round was led by Y Combinator’s Continuity. CapitalG, Accel, Silversmith, and Draper Associates also participated. The investments will be used for further expansion into the enterprise, and for the core community grant program to help creators build their businesses on the platform. “By dramatically simplifying the creation of websites, Webflow has enabled hundreds of thousands of individuals and businesses to build complex, beautifully designed websites,” managing director at YC Continuity, Ali Rowghani.

Webflow, San Francisco, the USA, was founded by Bryant Chou, Sergie Magdalin, Vlad Magdalin in 2013. The mission of the company is to democratize building the web for people with different backgrounds and from different companies. As of now, the number of Webflow users reaches 3.5 million, who in total built up over 450 000 in 2021. Among Webflow’s customers are Univision, PwC, Discord, and TED. AS it was previously said, Webflow unveiled its grant program, Community Grants, that will reach and impact those who help to empower others.
