Relex Solutions Raises $500 Million at $5 Billion Valuation

Relex Solutions is a company that offers its clients supply chain and retail planning. The Relex Solutions’ Living Retail Platform assists brands and retailers in reducing costs, manual work, and costs. It automates and optimizes supply chain, merchandising, workforce, and demand planning.

The funding round was led by Blackstone Growth. New funds will be used for increasing technical team with developers and experts. “With the support of Blackstone’s capital, expertise, and global network we look forward to seeing RELEX cement its position as a market leader and continue to expand the number of products they can offer their customers” Paul Morrissey, Blackstone Growth.

Relex Solutions, headquartered in Helsinki and the USA, was founded by Johanna Småros, Michael Falck, Mikko Kärkkäinen in 2005. The company aims to help consumer brands and retailers to meet consumer needs by improving costs and operational efficiency. Now, Relex Solutions’ team has over 400 employees, which is going to be expanded up to 1300. The company’s offices are located in the UK, Italy, the US, Germany, Portugal, Spain, France, Singapore, Australia, Sweden, Singapore, Norway, Hong Kong, and Denmark. The customer base includes more than 350 companies, among them are Dollar Tree, M&S Food, Franprix, Morrisons, PetSmart, Sephora, and Rossmann.
