Clari Raises $225 Million at more than $2.6 Billion Valuation

Clari is a revenue operations platform that provides users with sales analytics and forecasting. For this purpose, the platform collects data of the company-user from calendar and phone to marketing and emails, then uses AI for analysis and obtaining insights.

The Series F funding round was led by Blackstone. Also, existing investors, Silver Lake, B Capital Group, Bain Capital Ventures, Madrona Ventures, Northgate Capital, Sapphire Ventures, Sequoia Capital, Sequoia Capital Global Equities, and Tenaya Capital took part. As well as new investors – Light Street Capital and Maverick Capital.

Clari headquartered in San Francisco was founded by Andy Byrne, Venkat Rangan in 2013. As of now, Clari helps more than 450 companies to make their operations more efficient, predictable and connected. Among clients are Lenovo, Okta, Dropbox, and Adobe. Last year 18 customers went public: WalkMe, Procore, Confluent, etc. “Clari has transformed the revenue and sales process from an antiquated mess to a software- and data-driven business process that is minting new industry juggernauts.”, Andy Byrne – co-founder and CEO. In 2021, the company’s team increased twice to 500. Clari plans to add 300 more people in 2022.
