6Sense Raises $200 Million at $5.2 Billion Valuation

6Sense is a B2B software developer that assists its clients in increasing sales and marketing effectiveness via a special cloud platform. For this purpose, the company uses AI that detects those potential buyers who will likely become paying customers.

The Series E funding round was co-led by Blue Owl and MSD Partners. SoftBank Vision Fund 2, B Capital Group, Franklin Templeton, and Harmony Partners also took part in the round. The new investments will be used for the international market presence expansion.

6Sense headquartered in San Francisco was founded by Amanda Kahlow, Dustin Chang, Premal Shah, Shane Moriah, Viral Bajaria in 2013. 6Sense provides solutions for both marketing and sales teams. For sales – recommendations on maximizing the chances to close the deal, while for marketing – a console for running advertisement campaigns to target customers. For both of them – a customer data platform to centralize business information in one place. “Our growth continues to outpace every competitor in our category, and customers consistently rave about the exceptional results they see with 6sense,” Chief Executive Officer Jason Zintak.
