Good Glamm Group Raises $150 Million at $1.2 Billion Valuation for Beauty Industry

Good Glamm Group is a parent company of MyGlamm, a D2C beauty brand. Good Glamm comprises personal care brands such as cosmetics MyGlamm, mom and baby brand MomsCo, products for baby, BabyChakra.

The Series D round was led by Prosus Ventures and Warburg Pincus. Among other investors were L’Occitane, Bessemer Venture Partners, Amazon, Ascent Capital, the Mankekar Family Office, and Alteria Capital. With the fundings raised, the company achieved unicorn status.

Good Glamm Group, a Mumbai-headquartered start-up, was founded as MyGlamm in 2017. In October 2021 the Good Glamm Group was formed. Now, the group has more than 4 million customers and 20 000 points of sale in 70 cities, half of them is offline. Good Glamm provides its customers with cruelty-free and vegan products in makeup, skincare, and personal care. Last year the company acquired content platform POPxo for women, parenting platform BabyChakra, and digital media company ScoopWhoop.
