Petlove&Co raises $150 Million for the E-commerce Industry

Petlove&Co is the online market platform for goods and services for pets. Petlove&Co is a merger of the online pet shop Petlove with the pet hosting DogHero, the veterinary market platform VetSmart. As well as Vetus and Porto.Pet.

The new investment round was led by Riverwood Capital. Other participants were Tarpon, SoftBank, L Catterton, Porto Seguro, and Monashees. These investments are twice bigger than the investments ever raised for the company. The company does not reveal the valuation. The new funding will be used for logistics and subscription program development.

Petlove was founded in 1999 as a life Pet Super Market. Now, the company has grown into an ecosystem by merging with various companies in the pet care industry.
